Sales will be billed in Canadian Dollars and the US value

or AMERICAN EXPRESS at the time of the transaction. Please note we bill in
Canadian dollars.

We normally ship UPS, FedX, or Registered Post.
CLAIMS AND RETURN POLICY
All items are insured, and we recommend that you inspect the outer packaging for damages, and make note of such on the waybill. It is important to note any damage to the outer package, ie creases, dents, or marks, to indicate that some damages may be inside.
Checking the order in front of the carrier would be a good idea.
Please note any exterior damage to the package when you sign for it and detail it on the bill of lading and keep outside packaging for inspection.
It may be advisable to mark the shipment "subject to inspection." UPS has been very good at accepting concealed damages to date.
Please verify your shipment completely, including checking the number of cartons received against number shipped, and report any discrepancy within 7 (seven) working days of reception.
Claims after 7 days will not be accepted.

If you are not happy with your order, we "normally" may allow exchanges but you must be responsible for shipping expenses. A 15 % re-stocking charge may apply.
Special factory orders, necessitate that the sale be considered final.
Please ensure that you are ordering correctly, although in some cases exceptions can be made if conditions permit and you are courteous. All returns should be made in original shipping boxes, and please ensure they are well packaged. All returns or requests for credit must be submitted to our customer service and are subject to approval. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
